I paid with my card and everything went through really quickly. I usually notice patterns with checkout pages, like where they tend to lag or throw random errors, but this one was straightforward the whole way. No weird issues, just done...

I ordered a few things from hbird.com.au and everything showed up exactly how I picked it, actually, not just showed up, it was all the right sizes, colours, and quantities too. No missing pieces, no random swaps, nothing weird.
I’ve had a couple of annoying experiences with other sites before, so it was nice to open the package and see everything was just there. Happy with the whole thing and I’d order from them again.

"Good value, no unnecessary fuss"
I was happy with hbird.com.au. The prices were fair, and the quality was better than I expected for what I paid. Nothing felt overpriced or unnecessary, and I definitely didn’t feel ripped off. I’d use them again if I needed to

I had a bit of a delivery mix-up with my order, which could have been a hassle, but they handled it really well. I got in touch with them and they were quick to respond, kept me updated along the way, and got everything sorted without making it feel like a big ordeal. These things happen sometimes, so I was just glad it was dealt with quickly and without any back-and-forth stress. Overall, really happy with the way they handled it.

Ordered from hbird.com.au the packaging was better than I expected. The box was sturdy, no dents or crushed corners, and everything inside was wrapped up properly. Nothing was rattling around or damaged, which is always a bit of a relief when you’re ordering online. It’s a small thing, but when it arrives like that you kind of think, yeah, they’ve put some care into it. Would definitely order again.

"Easy refund and no hassle"
I had to send something back because I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and the whole thing was way easier than I expected, the return steps were simple, support got back to me in a clear and friendly way, I didn’t have to keep chasing anyone, and the refund showed up after a few days which seems normal to me. I’d definitely shop with Hummingbird again...

Most of the time they’ve got what I’m looking for, which is great. The stock can be a bit hit or miss sometimes, but it’s usually fine and I don’t have too many complaints.

"Shipping was fine, but not exactly reliable"
I ordered from hbird.com.au and yeah, the product did show up, so that was good. But the shipping was a bit hit and miss, hit and miss. The tracking barely updated, and it arrived a few days later than I was expecting. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, I just wish the delivery updates were clearer. I’d probably order again, but only if I’m not in a hurry, not in a hurry.

"Updates were fine, but the reminders were a bit much"
I did get a few updates along the way, which I appreciated, but there were times where I was waiting longer than I expected for a reply and wasn’t really sure what was going on. On top of that, the reminders felt aggressive at times, which got annoying fast. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, just kind of inconsistent and a little frustrating. Communication could definitely be smoother.

The website works fine overall, but I found myself spending more time than expected trying to find certain pages. It wasn’t a huge problem, just a bit clunky in places. Did anyone else have the same issue?

Checkout was easy overall. The pages loaded quickly, payment went through on the first try, and I got the confirmation email right away, which was nice. I do think the process felt a little plain and there wasn’t much guidance or reassurance along the way, but nothing actually went wrong. Overall, a solid experience.

"Really happy with my order"
I had a really good experience ordering from Hummingbird. The website was easy to get around, and my order actually arrived sooner than I expected. Everything was packed properly and looked just like the photos, which I appreciated. I’ve had issues with other places before where damage in shipping felt totally preventable, but there was none of that here. No complaints from me, and I’d happily order from them again.
